Instructions
size exchange:
please email us at hola@bycasamoreno.com with your order number. we’ll send you a prepaid return label for the item you currently have. your new size will be sent out straight away so it reaches you as soon as possible.
return:
please email us at hola@bycasamoreno.com with your order number. we’ll send you a prepaid return label and all the details you need to return your item.
Refund
once we receive and verify the item, we´ll process the refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
**please note that the refund covers the cost of the item. original shipping charges are non-refundable, as the delivery service has already been provided.
